This policy applies to all customers engaging with L2 Consulting Firm for consulting services, including strategy, business development, management, marketing, technology, or any other advisory services provided.

Service Commitment

   •   Maintain clear and open communication.

   •   Meet agreed-upon deadlines and deliverables.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful engagement, clients are expected to:

   •   Provide accurate and timely information.

   •   Respond to requests and communications in a timely manner.

   •   Adhere to agreed-upon payment terms.

   •   Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary methods and recommendations.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

   •   All client information will be treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent unless required by law.

   •   We comply with relevant data protection regulations to safeguard client information.

Payment Terms

   •   A written agreement or contract must be signed before work begins.

   •   Payment schedules, fees, and invoicing details will be outlined in the contract.

   •   Late payments may incur penalties as specified in the agreement.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

   •   Clients may cancel services by providing written notice 30 days in advance.

   •   Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the work completed and contract terms. 

Dispute Resolution

   •   Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion.

   •   If unresolved, disputes may be handled through mediation or legal proceedings per contract terms.

Limitation of Liability

   •   L2 Consulting Firm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from consulting services.

   •   Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
