TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Scope of Services
L2 Consulting Firm agrees to provide consulting services as outlined in the consulting agreement or proposal. Services may include, but are not limited to:
Business strategy and advisory services
Process improvement and operational consulting
Financial and market analysis
Technology recommendations and implementation support
Any additional services outside the agreed scope will require a separate agreement or a written amendment.
2. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees are based on hourly rates, project-based fees, or retainers, as specified in the engagement contract.
A non-refundable consulting fee is due upon the initial meeting. Payment of half down is due at the time a contract is signed between the L2 Consulting Firm and the client of receiving an invoice. Payments there after are scheduled in the contract between the consulting firm and the client. Late payments may incur a (e.g., 1.5%) monthly interest fee.
Expenses incurred during the engagement (e.g., travel, materials, software costs) will be billed separately with prior client approval.
3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
The consultant will not use any proprietary client data for any purpose other than the engagement objectives.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Any work products, reports, or recommendations will be returned to the client after the project(s) is complete unless otherwise specified in the contract between L2 Consulting Firm and the client
